An insight that gave rise to a new circular housing philosophy, sustainable for the environment and affordable for buyers, flexible and light, even in terms of waiting times and bureaucracy. And it did so twenty years ahead of current trends.
Yes, because 4Springs was founded in the early 2000s, when Paolo had already been working for years with new Shelbox brand mobile homes. His in-depth knowledge of the sector and a team of professionals specialized in this type of housing allowed him to create a company capable of selecting the best used mobile homes from European tourism operators and putting them on the market at an unprecedented quality-price ratio.
