Guaranteed purchase: structural check, washing, furniture and furnishings restoration, inspection and restoration of the electrical system, inspection and restoration of the plumbing system, inspection and restoration of the gas system, inspection and restoration of bathroom components and mixers, exterior arrangements (e.g., ventilation grilles, door stops, sheets). Inspections of upholstery, mattresses, and air conditioning are excluded from the guaranteed purchase.
Any modifications and customizations upon request
Transport to the destination
Positioning of the mobile home or mobile home + veranda. System connections are excluded from the package.

The guaranteed used package is ideal for all individuals who purchase a used mobile home from the 4Springs online assortment but do not need additional services like transport and positioning.

The 4Springs structural guarantee package includes:

General structure check with infiltration guarantee
Washing upon request
Repairs if necessary. Modifications, customizations, inspection of upholstery, air conditioning, systems, and bathroom components and mixers are excluded from the package. Transport and positioning are also excluded.
